Fasteign’s principal projects to date include the headquarters of SPM Savings Bank in Borgarbyggd, the first phase of Sjálandsskóli School in Gardabær, the first phase of Akurskóli School in Reykjanesbær, the Borg School in Grímsnes and Grafningshreppur, the Reykjanesbær Sports Academy, extensions to Vogar School buildings, extensions to Holtaskóli School in Reykjanesbær, the swimming pool in Eskifjördur in Fjardarbyggd, a 50 m indoor swimming pool and Water World in Reykjanesbær, a swimming pool and sports hall in Borg in Grímsnes and Grafningshreppur and the Sóli Nursery School in the Westman Islands.

Projects currently in preparation or production include: Akursel Nursery School in Reykjanesbær, Idavöllur Nursery School in Nordurthingi, a swimming pool in Ölfus district, Vesturberg Nursery School in Reykjanesbær, a swimming pool in Álftarnes, Keflavík Community Centre in Reykjanesbær, the second phase of Sjálandsskóli School in Gardabær, Akurskóli School in Reykjanesbær and phases two and three of the swimming pool in Sandgerdi. We also have a large number of projects in the first stages of preparation that are not included on this list.
